My interview with SirLaosson Dara an up and coming filmmaker from Memphis, TN. We talked about his new projects.
Michael:
Hi how are you today?
SirLaosson:
I'm fine and you
Michael:
I'm doing good. Now into it, you are a independent filmmaker from Memphis so tell me a little about your projects.
SirLaosson:
Will I have about 13 projects I'm working on as of now. which one do you want to know about??
Michael:
I'm been hearing about one of your project called Revelation.
SirLaosson:
Oh! Revelation will this is an very top top secret project, I'm trying not let to many people in on it. Because it going to be that good. LOL
Michael:
Come on just for IndieWorld.
SirLaosson:
Will.... ok Revelation is base on a Dream I been having for the last 13 years. It's about the in of the world.
Michael:
That it?
SirLaosson:
Yeah to tell you about the movie will be giving it away.
Michael:
OK but can you tell me any big names in it?
SirLaosson:
Not as of now, I'm still waiting for invester to invest on this project.
Michael:
How big a budget you looking for?
SirLaosson:
About 1.5 million.
Michael:
Thats alot O_o
SirLaosson:
Not really for other filmmakers, I can do alot with 1.5 million. I don't need alot of money to do a good film. I probemly cast semi-unknown and unknown and get some good actors/actress for a little of nothing. And put all the money into production.
Micheal:
Are you going to be in the movie?
SirLaosson:
Yes.
Micheal:
What all are you going to be doing on this film?
SirLaosson:
Will alot I'm going to be one of the Directors and I wrote the screenplay.
Micheal:
One of the Directors? How many Directors are on this film?
SirLaosson:
Will two others.
Micheal:
Ok. What else are you doing?
SirLaosson:
I'm acting in the film, The VFX and CGI is going to be done by my company, Production by my production company and props, sets,etc., by Sticks and Stones Production.
Micheal:
How about the music?
SirLaosson:
A great guy name Matthew Milne. This guy is good I so happy I got him. ^_^
Micheal:
How long is the movie?
SirLaosson:
I looking for a little over 2 hours on this one.
Micheal:
What do you mean this one?
SirLaosson:
It's a three part epic.
Micheal:
Is it going to be that good?
SirLaosson:
You just want to know more about the movie. lol Yes it is going to be that good. I mean no one is doing with I'm doing on this project.
Micheal:
When can I see it on the silver screen?
SirLaosson:
Hopefully 2007 or mid 2006
Micheal:
Will it was good talking to you, even do you didn't want to get me the information.
SirLaosson:
